We have a minimum order amount of €15.

PostNL Netherlands: €5.95 (Free for orders over €39)

PostNL Belgium: €8.95 (Free for orders over €79)

PostNL Germany: €9.95 (Free for orders over €89)

Shipping Time:

Ordered on business days before 17:00 = shipped the same day!

Returns:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
• After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
• You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.
• Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense.
  
  

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.

We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exceptions to returns:

1. For sealed products, if the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
2. Products that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications.
3. Products that are clearly personal in nature.
4. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
5. Products that can quickly deteriorate or age.
6. Products whose price is subject to fluctuations on the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.
7. For loose newspapers and magazines.
8. For audio and video recordings and computer software where the consumer has broken the seal.
