The use of this miraculous fatty plant goes back centuries and was mainly used in local, traditional medicine as a medicine for improving mood. Mesembrime is an alkalioi?de present in Sceletium tortuosum (Kanna). This alkaloid has similar effects to many antidepressant drugs. This probably explains the signs of happiness among the Hottentots after using the Kanna. This extract is 40x stronger than the normal Kanna variety.
Of course, the strength of the effects also depends on the method of use. Tea is a common form, with a dosage of 100 mg being common with this 40x version. But Kanna is also used in other ways. Chewing like the original South African users is also a possibility. You can experiment wonderfully with Kanna, the strength is up to you and it does not cause hallucinations.
