The use of this miraculous succulent goes back centuries and was mainly used in local, traditional medicine as a medicine for improving mood. Kanna also gives a calming, euphoric and relaxing feeling at a certain dose. This wonder plant was mostly praised by the Hottentots, a people originating from the present-day Western Cape province of South Africa, for its miraculous psychoactive effects. Mesembrime is an alkalioi?de present in Sceletium tortuosum. This alkaloid has similar effects to many anti-depressant drugs. This probably explains the signs of happiness among the Hottentots after using the Kanna.
Of course, the strength of the effects also depends on the method of use. Tea is a common form, with a dosage of 700 - 900 mg being common with this kanna. But Kanna is also used in other ways. Chewing like the original South African users is also a possibility. You can experiment wonderfully with Kanna, the strength is up to you and it does not cause hallucinations.

If so, always consult your doctor first and read the leaflet of your medication to avoid health risks. Also, do not use Kanna if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
